Vikelizizwe Solutions is a small to medium-sized enterprise, established in 2016, which was initially registered as an NPO. In 2021, VS changed their registration status to NPO, based on business imperatives. Poised to start implementation from day one, VS is proposing a team of highly qualified clinicians, all of whom are currently at the forefront of South African health provision activities. With background expertise comprising over 20 years in clinical medicine, sports science, men’s reproductive health, and HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment, VS prides itself in implementation of primary health care and public health programs.

Cross Cutting – issues

There are tools already devised to assist to track saturation by geography, gender, age and behaviour as well as targeting, QI and Vaccine Out comes such as the EVDS.By using the EVDS’ behaviour dashboard which presents data from a national survey of knowledge.

Frequency and analysis cycle

Indicators will be collected with differing frequency, though reporting will primarily follow the epidemiological daily and weekly. Monthly indicators will be collected the second week of each month with reference to the previous month.

Staffing and justification

The entire VS team is comprised of South African staff currently based in South Africa. Our clinical, finance, M&E and IT personnel all have significant experience in their respective fields and are well respected members of SA society.

We now offer FREE and Safe Voluntary Male Medical Circumcisions (VMMC). The programme is funded by the Gauteng Provincial government at our facility or another of our managed sites in the City of Johannesburg
